Greater Manchester Emerging Contemporary Visual Arts Prize
We are very happy to announce that this natural landscape picture from the Peak District has been selected as the winning piece in the Greater Manchester Emerging Contemporary Visual Arts Prize, 2016.
Photographed at sunrise on a late summers morning as the leaves and bracken turn from green to brown. This is a view of the Hope Valley looking out from Odin's Gully close to the base of Mam Tor.
2016 is the first year of the Greater Manchester Arts Prize which has been supported by the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, Arts Council England, the Castlefield Gallery and The International 3.
